Possibilities are limitless with these liquid color concentrates. Just a drop of the densely pigmented formula adds a luminous, long-wearing tint to cheeks, eyes, or lips.
DIRECTIONS
Shake well to disperse the pigment. Two drops is plenty for one application. Apply to cheeks by pressing with fingers in a lifting motion. If desired, tint your lips or eye lids by tapping the pigment gently.
