Please notify us prior to returning any goods, and provide a detailed description of the faulty or damaged product, and why you would like to claim a replacement or a refund. Refunds will only be made for the amount of the original purchase receipt. The product must have at least 50% of its contents remaining. The refund will be issued by Xylia Beauty only after receiving the product. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and damage of products when returning to Xylia Beauty.
